International shipments are limited to CANADA and MEXICO only. An additional $30.00 – $40.00 FedEx shipping charge will apply.

As your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your online order form upon shipment of your order (1-2 business days excluding weekends), you can within 24 hours of shipment view the progress at http://www.fedex.com.

Software products are licensed to single users only. Please contact us for information on multiple user licenses for a specific product or products.

All products sold by Innovative Knowledge are covered under our 30 day Guarantee Against Defects. Items may be returned for replacement subject to certain restrictions. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by Innovative Knowledge. Please obtain a Return Authorization by contacting customer care.

Additionally, returned items will require either email or phone communication with one of our support team members to confirm the billing information provided upon ordering. Innovative Knowledge, for the safety of our customers, does NOT store your billing information at our website, and because of this cannot issue an automatic refund.

Defective items may be returned for replacement subject to the following restrictions:

1. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

2. Any return must include the RMA form described above.

3. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the United States, Canada or Mexico. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty. Check with the manufacturer or warranty provider prior to purchase.
